Volunteering Information

Our WHS Bands & Guard program would not be a success without our many volunteers. To volunteer contact our Volunteer Chairs - [email protected]

Volunteer roles include helping:
• Load and unload trailers at competitions
• Prepare food
• Set hair and organize uniforms
• Taking photos and videos
• Snack Bar duty
• Securing Sponsors & Donors
• We are always looking for parents with large trucks who can also haul trailers to competitions

A current TB test is required for some forms of volunteering for the band. Volunteer sign up are now done electronically. Please contact the directors for more information.
